Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of fluxaiconsulting.com (the "site"), operated by Flux AI Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16724831, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX ("Flux AI," "we," "us"). By using the site, you accept these terms.
2. What this site is
This site is marketing and informational — it describes our services (AI automation implementation and Claude training) and lets you book an initial AI Health Check call. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or quote. Pricing, scope, and timelines are only confirmed once you've had a Health Check and received a written proposal.
3. Booking a Health Check
Clicking "Book a Health Check" takes you to a Google Calendar booking page operated by Google, not by us. Making a booking is governed by Google's own terms and doesn't itself create a contract between you and Flux AI — that happens only when you accept a written proposal for paid work.
4. Client engagements
If you go ahead with a project, the engagement — scope, fees, timelines, data handling, intellectual property in what's built, and liability for the work itself — is governed by the separate proposal and/or contract you sign with us, not by these website terms. These terms cover the website only.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaches applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any systems connected to it;
- scrape, copy, or reuse the site's content for commercial purposes without our permission; or
- introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the site.
6. Intellectual property
The site's content — text, design, graphics, and code — belongs to Flux AI Consulting Ltd or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference; you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, or redistribute the content without our written consent.
7. No professional advice
General information on this site about AI, automation, or how businesses might use them is provided for general interest, not as tailored advice for your specific business. Don't rely on it as a substitute for the assessment carried out in a paid engagement.
8. Third-party links
We link to third-party services — currently Google Calendar and Google Fonts. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data. Check their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Availability and liability
We try to keep this site available and accurate but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is capped at £100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded under English law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page.
