1. Who we are
Flux AI Consulting Ltd ("Flux AI," "we," "us") is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16724831, registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website, fluxaiconsulting.com.
Contact: teodora@fluxaiconsulting.com
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the fluxaiconsulting.com website only — how we handle personal data when you browse the site, contact us, or book an AI Health Check. If you become a client, the personal data we process while delivering services — including any of your customers' data that passes through systems we build for you — is governed by the data processing terms in your signed engagement agreement, not this policy.
3. What we collect, and why
We don't run tracking scripts, embedded forms, or a newsletter sign-up on this site. The only personal data we receive is data you choose to give us:
- If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that email — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- If you click "Book a Health Check," you're taken to a Google Calendar booking page, hosted and operated by Google, to pick a time. Google collects your name, email address, and anything else you enter under its own privacy policy — we then receive that booking information (name, email, chosen time, any notes you leave) to prepare for and run the call.
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, schedule and run the AI Health Check, and — if you go ahead — to prepare a proposal and deliver services. We rely on legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our business) and, once you engage us, performance of a contract, as our legal bases.
4. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own — no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session cookies. Google's booking page and Google Fonts, both third-party services this site links to or loads resources from, are governed by Google's own cookie and privacy practices. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics — we'll update this section and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
5. Who we share data with
We share booking and enquiry data with Google, as the provider of our calendar and email tools, acting as a processor on our behalf. We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it with anyone else except where legally required to — for example, a lawful request from a regulator or court.
6. International transfers
Google may process data on servers located outside the UK, under its own safeguards including standard contractual clauses. Details are in Google's own privacy policy.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into an engagement are deleted after 12 months. If you become a client, we keep contract and invoicing records for as long as UK tax law requires — currently 6 years after the end of the relevant accounting period — and other project data for as long as it's needed for the engagement plus a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we're not legally required to retain it.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR — and, if you're contacting us from the EU/EEA, the EU GDPR, which gives you the same core rights — you can ask us to: give you a copy of the personal data we hold on you; correct it if it's wrong; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or provide it to you in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email teodora@fluxaiconsulting.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk — or, if you're based in the EU, your local data protection authority.
9. Children
This site and our services are aimed at business owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if what we do changes. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
